Affordable Energy for a Competitive Slovenia: Accelerating Renewable Energy and Energy Efficiency
EUFORES is planning to organise a National Parliamentary Workshop on Renewable Energy and Energy Efficiency in cooperation with the Parliament of Slovenia in Ljubljana.
A high level debate of Slovenian Members of Parliament with top speakers and representatives from European Parliament, National Government, the European Commission, industry, science and NGO representatives will be held to discuss the prospects of renewable energy and energy efficiency in Slovenia with a special focus on the EU Clean Industrial Deal and related legislation.
Background of the national parliamentary workshops
EUFORES organises national parliamentary workshops in all EU27 national parliaments. These high level events aim at discussing the latest situation and future plans on renewable energy and energy efficiency in the respective member state. The event gathers members of national parliament, European Parliament, officials of national governments, the European Commission and selected representatives from industry, NGOs and the scientific sector.
