The EU Clean Industrial Deal as driver for economic prosperity and the energy transition in France

EUFORES had the honour to organise a National Parliamentary Workshop on Renewable Energy and Energy Efficiency under the patronage of MP Anna Pic at the French Parliament in Paris.
The workshop brought together members of the French Parliament, experts, industry representatives and EU officials to discuss the Clean Industrial Deal and France’s trajectory towards its EU renewable energy targets, and the broader challenges of ensuring security, competitiveness, and a resilient energy transition.

Background of the national parliamentary workshops
EUFORES organises national parliamentary workshops in all EU27 national parliaments. These high level events aim at discussing the latest situation and future plans on renewable energy and energy efficiency in the respective member state. The event gathers members of national parliament, European Parliament, officials of national governments, the European Commission and selected representatives from industry and the scientific sector.
