Due to last minute agenda issues of the Parliament of Spain, the Inter-Parliamentary Meeting on 16th April 2010, will take place in the Westin Palace Hotel in Madrid. The prestigious hotel, which used to be a royal palace, is located just opposite the Congreso de los Diputados.
