EUFORES had the honour to organise a National Parliamentary Workshop on Renewable Energy and Energy Efficiency in cooperation with the Parliament of Romania (Chamber of Deputies and Senate) on 27 February 2024 in the Parliament of Romania, Bukarest.

A high level debate of Romanian Deputies and Senators with top speakers and representatives from European Parliament, National Government, the European Commission, industry, science and NGO representatives was held to discuss the prospects of renewable energy and energy efficiency in Romania with a special focus on the EU Green Deal.
