PLANER Project: Planning and Strategies for the Implementation of the Clean Development Mechanism (CDM) of the Kyoto Protocol in Latin America, co-financed by the SYNERGY Programme of the European Commission.
Its objective was to strengthen the capacity for electricity production with renewable enegery sources and the application of the Clean Development Mechanism (CDM) of the Kyoto Protocol in Latin American countries.
The project has officially ended.
