The RES-BOAT conference series took place 23-27 March 2009.
The focus of this event were renewable energy sources in Central and Eastern Europe.
Symbolically, the RES-BOAT departed from Vienna and passed Slovakia, Hungary, Croatia and Serbia on its cruise on the Danube. Stakeholders with political, industrial and scientific backgrounds as well as media representatives attended five thematic conferences. Participants witnessed insightful presentations by a variety of speakers, interesting site visits and extensive opportunities for networking.
