EUFORES welcomes the new European Parliament!
With a series of events, EUFORES welcomes the new elected and re-elected Parliamentarians.
Having a new elected European Parliament, it is of utmost importance to inform the new Parliamentarians of the huge potentials of renewable energy sources and energy efficiency in creating jobs, reducing the energy import dependency and energy price volatility as well as at the same time helping to combat climate change.
The aim of the series of events is to bring re-elected MEPs in favour of renewable energy and efficiency together with new elected potential supporters and by that enlarge the EUFORES MEP group.
EUFORES will organise the following events:
Kick-off event European Parliament: 08 July 2009, 12-15h, ASP 3rd floor distribution space
EUFORES welcomes Members of the European Parliament for an informal drink and discussion about the important role of renewable energy and energy efficiency for a sustainable energy future in Europe and EUFORES role in supporting this goal:
